With over a decade of cross-border experience in process excellence, operations, business development, and project management, Joy has developed a unique ability to connect strategic vision with practical execution. As a Certified Industrial Engineer and Lean Six Sigma professional, she combines analytical thinking with operational discipline to create structured solutions in complex environments.
Her leadership philosophy is simple: trust is earned through actions, not appearances. She believes credibility is built by staying accountable, understanding the realities of execution, and honouring the commitments made to every partner.
